Phillip Technologies is committed to ethical sourcing practices and compliance with international regulations regarding conflict minerals, including tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold (3TG).

We source all gold used in our quartz crystal production exclusively from Silbayne Stillwater (formerly Abington Reldan Metals, LLC), a U.S.-based refinery listed as compliant with the Responsible Minerals Assurance Process (RMAP) under the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI).

  • RMI Smelter ID: CID002708
  • Most recent RMAP audit available below

We require all smelted material suppliers to meet recognized due diligence standards, including participation in independent audit programs such as the RMAP.

While Phillip Technologies is not currently required to file annual conflict minerals disclosures with the SEC, we maintain internal documentation and respond to customer CMRT requests upon request.

Conflict Minerals Compliance Statement (Dodd‑Frank §1502)

Phillip Technologies supports the goals of Section 1502 of the U.S. Dodd‑Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas.

While we are not currently required to file SEC conflict mineral disclosures, we voluntarily conduct internal due diligence and maintain documentation to ensure responsible sourcing.

Our suppliers of potentially affected materials are evaluated using the Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT), and we require confirmation that their upstream supply chains do not finance or support armed groups in the Democratic Republic of the Congo or adjoining countries.

To date, our reviews have found no indication that any materials used in our products originate from or support conflict-affected sourcing.
